I'm very disappointed with the service I have been given here over the last two visits. We brought our lab mix here to be kenneled two months ago for just a couple of days and returned to find he had a bad case of "indigestion" that would require 'additional care and treatment.' When I recently left to take a trip to California for ten days to spread my husband's ashes, which they also knew of, I received several calls urgently requesting my reply to a certain 'insect bite' my dog had gotten and which needed immediate attention. Obviously I consented and now the bill is well over $600 more than it would have been just for the kenneling. I'm beginning to wonder how it is that I keep bringing my pet in healthy only to be notified while out of town and out of reach that my pet is once again sick in their care.
Pros: they're close?
Cons: feels like they're trying to scam you or merely taking poor care of your pet
