I would not recommend Marcella's. The service started out ok and they were willing to do a custom order for an additional cost. They didn't get everything complete until the last minute and even then, it was done completely different than what we requested. When we asked to have them complete it the way that was requested they charged us more money and were extremely rude. I have been in multiple weddings and I have never had to deal with customer service like this. They made a time of stress even more stressful and in the end we ended up paying too much for our dresses.

Great store to go to. The shop is easily found in Downtown Spokane. The customer service was great. You don't feel pressured and they really want to help you. They have a great system to help find your dress and they offer a large variety of dresses and sizes. They know their dresses! The dressing room and staging area is away from the door and is large for you to see. Great place. I highly recommend it. I felt truly comfortable there.
