Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/16/12

I live in Spokane Wa,and I recently have had to use Roto-Rooter 2 times. The first time they came out i wasnt pleasent buy my girlf friend was and she said CJ was very nice. I talked to him on the phone and he seemed like an nice enough guy and my pipes got un clogged. Well i just had them out again. This time it happened on my day off. They sent out Mark Rogers. He is probably the nices plumber i have ever worked with. He seemed experienced. He was VERY VERY NICE! and Very Fast. I would Recommend Him to anybody. If i have another problem i hope they send him out agin. Plus we ended up know some of the same people!

Saturday flood

Even with our late winter snowstorm, I called the plumber at Roto-Rooter who quickly came to the rescue from the Spokane Valley. After only one hour our flooded basement was back in working order.

Great service

We had a leak in our kitchen. Jeff came out a lot earlier than we thought he would. The problem started when I was hooking up the ice maker on our new fridge. He quickly resolved our issue and gave me some helpful hints on the ice maker. This is the second time that Jeff has come out to help us and both times he was very helpful.

i Had a major problem with shower and both sinks and Derrick came right out and spent as much as it took to fix all issues and educated me more on plumbing and drain issues. He was very tidy and pleasant and all my issues were resolved.

Very Happy

We had to call Roto-Rooter after our rental had a bad drain plug. My husband and myself worked on for over 9 hours between two days but couldn't get it unplug. We called Roto-Rooter on Sunday 12/18/11. Mark came out and fixed the plug w/in 2 hours. He was very courteous and helpful. Mark explained everything so we would understand and was very honest with how much everything would be. If we have any problems in the future we will be calling Roto- Rotor. Thanks Mark.

our entire house was not even livable. we couldnt use any water and everyone tried to fix our plumbing but no one could. then our neighbor said to call roto rooter and we did. would you know it? they fixed our problem and it took practically no time at all! thank you so much and i recommend this plumber to anyone who needs a job done right. whether you live in spokane or not these people are the best!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/20/11 and 11/22/11

I had a serious backup plumbing problem in my laundry room, Mark came out, tried to break through, and was unable to. He tried calling Monday, I was not home, and called again Today, the 22nd. He returned and again tried to remove the blockage and was unable. He then brought a camera and we were able to discern the blockage was a golf ball. Mark was very helpful, anytime I have a plumbing problem I will be sure and call for Mark

Sump Pump Sewage Ejector

Jeff the expert explained everything to my satisfaction on the phone before coming out. We needed pump and piping replacement for our basement sewage ejector. I had called many pump and plumber types but he was the only one that could get the job done with confidence. I also appreciated Barb on the phone who coordinated it for me by getting me to the right expert, etc. When you have an expensive and unusual project, it is great to be able to communicate before you hire. We are very satisfied with the job done in great timing and precision. I plan on going straight to Roto Rooters from here on.

Roto Rooter Plumbers Service Date 7/4/11 & 7/5/11

We were very satisfied with Roto Rooters of Spokane. Jeff - technician #62 was the lucky plumber on call late on the night of July 4th who quickly diagnosed why our basement had flooded. Jeff was honest, courteous and unfront with all charges and repairs. Jeff came back the very next morning (on time!) and made the necessary repairs with no extra expense. We would recommend Jeff and Roto Rooters to anyone in the Spokane area.
